A. - We like to start as soon as the designs are approved. Engineering is finished (if required) permits and plan check is complete. Other approval required such as H.O.A. or soils report if needed. Financing if needed.
Q. How long does it take to complete the project.
A. - The construction period will be on a schedule that will match the scope of work involved and is carefully planned and executed.
